RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All motorized retractable screens, awnings, and security shutters sold by NWA Security Shutters are custom-built to your project’s exact requirements, including but not limited to:
Precision measurements (taken and verified by NWA Security Shutters)
Hardware/finish colors and material selections
Motor configuration (left/right placement)
Operational specifications (manual/motorized)
Security shutter engineering (slat size, material, locking mechanisms)

Final Sale Agreement
By approving your contract and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree that:
All orders are final once manufacturing begins
No cancellations, returns, no exchanges or refunds are permitted

Limited Product Warranties

NWA Security Shutters guarantees:

10-Year Warranty
Covers all hardware and mechanical components against manufacturing defects
15-Year Warranty
Covers fabric materials (screens/canopies) against:
Material degradation
Manufacturing defects
Premature wear under normal use

Warranty Exclusions:
✖ Damage from:
Customer negligence/misuse
Improper installation (unless installed by NWA Security Shutters)
Acts of nature (storms, accidents, etc.)
Unauthorized modifications

Defect Resolution Process

To submit a warranty claim (within [30] days of discovery):

Provide:
Photos/video of the defect
Your contract number
Proof of professional installation (if applicable)

NWA will, at its discretion:
Repair/replace defective components
Provide credit for manufacturing errors

  Legal Acknowledgement
By proceeding with your order, you confirm:
 You forfeit all chargeback/dispute rights for custom items
 NWA Security Shutters is only liable for errors in our measurements/specs

Warranties are void if:
Products are altered by unauthorized parties
Damage results from neglect/abuse
