All motorized retractable screens, awnings, and security shutters sold by NWA Security Shutters are custom-built to your project’s exact requirements, including but not limited to:

Precision measurements (taken and verified by NWA Security Shutters)
Hardware/finish colors and material selections
Motor configuration (left/right placement)
Operational specifications (manual/motorized)
Security shutter engineering (slat size, material, locking mechanisms)

Final Sale Agreement

By approving your contract and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree that: All orders are final once manufacturing begins. No cancellations, returns, no exchanges or refunds are permitted.

Limited Product Warranties

10-Year Warranty — Covers all hardware and mechanical components against manufacturing defects.

15-Year Warranty — Covers fabric materials (screens/canopies) against material degradation, manufacturing defects, and premature wear under normal use.

Motorized retractable screens also carry a lifetime warranty on parts, components, and motors as stated on product pages.

Warranty Exclusions

Customer negligence/misuse
Improper installation (unless installed by NWA Security Shutters)
Acts of nature (storms, accidents, etc.)
Unauthorized modifications

Defect Resolution Process

To submit a warranty claim (within 30 days of discovery): Provide photos/video of the defect, your contract number, and proof of professional installation (if applicable). NWA will, at its discretion, repair/replace defective components or provide credit for manufacturing errors.

Legal Acknowledgement

By proceeding with your order, you confirm: You forfeit all chargeback/dispute rights for custom items. NWA Security Shutters is only liable for errors in our measurements/specs. Warranties are void if products are altered by unauthorized parties or damage results from neglect/abuse.
