Every screen is custom. Width, height, fabric (insect, Nano 95, Nano 99), housing color, and how many openings you have all change the number. The ranges below are what we see on typical Northwest Arkansas jobs. Your quote is free and written.
Quoted from a laser measure
We do not price a job off a screenshot of a house. Each opening is measured on site — width at the top and bottom, height at both sides — so the housing, tracks, and fabric are ordered to the inch.

Typical installed ranges
- Single patio or porch screen — about $4,000–$6,000 for a common residential opening (roughly 8×8 to 12×12 feet).
- Multi-screen system — about $8,000–$15,000 for two to four screens on a covered patio.
- Complete patio enclosure — about $15,000–$25,000 for four to six screens with smart-home automation.
- Whole-home / estate system — about $25,000–$40,000 when we screen multiple outdoor rooms, often with awnings.
What moves a job up or down: extra-wide or extra-tall openings (we go to 30 feet wide and 18 feet high on patios; 32 feet on garages), custom powder-coat to a RAL color, No-See-Um mesh, and multi-motor grouping. Smart Hub is included — not a $300 add-on.
What you are paying for
Powder-coated aluminum housing, side rails, and the heaviest weighted bar we will put on an Arkansas opening. Lifetime warranty on motors, parts, and hardware. 15-year warranty on fabric. Install by the owners, not a traveling crew you will never see again.
We do not take a deposit to “lock a sale” off a photo. Send a picture and a rough width if you want a ballpark; a firm number comes from a laser measure on your opening. Call (479) 717-7750 or text 479-313-5177.
Product specs: motorized retractable screens. Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, and Fayetteville each have their own page under service areas.
