NWA Security Shutters was built on a simple principle — deliver premium motorized retractable screens with the kind of honest, hands-on service that larger companies simply cannot match. Based in Springdale, Arkansas, we have proudly served homeowners and businesses across Northwest Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma since 2018.
Meet the Owners — Leeroy & Heather Crossland
We are not a franchise. We are not a call center. When you contact NWA Security Shutters, you are speaking directly with the owners.
Leeroy and Heather Crossland are involved in every aspect of the business — from your initial consultation and on-site measurement to installation, follow-up, and ongoing support. Leeroy serves as the primary estimator and installer, bringing decades of hands-on construction and installation experience to every project. Heather manages operations, customer relations, and ensures your experience is seamless from start to finish.
With a background in remodeling and construction dating back to 1996 and still the owner of Crossland Remodeling, Leeroy brings a level of craftsmanship and attention to detail that sets NWA Security Shutters apart from the competition.
Our Commitment to You
Every installation we complete is backed by our industry-leading warranty package — a lifetime warranty on all parts, components, and motors, and a 15-year warranty on screen fabric. We partner exclusively with top-tier manufacturers and use only powder-coated aluminum hardware that is engineered to resist rust, blowouts, and weather damage for the long term.
We are proud to hold an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau — a reflection of our unwavering commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
