Not every awning is built the same. SunPro awnings come loaded with features that competitors charge extra for — or don't offer at all. Built-in dimmable LED lights, integrated cassette housing, EZ-Pitch adjustment, wireless remote control, and Sunbrella fabric are all standard. No upsells. No surprises. NWA Security Shutters is the only authorized SunPro installer in Northwest Arkansas. When you buy from us, you get the product, the installation, and the warranty support — all from the same people who put it up. Leeroy and Heather Crossland handle every job personally. That's not something a national franchise can say.
Shade, Style, and LED Lighting — At the Push of a Button.
You just saw our awning display at the Women's Expo of Bentonville — now see what it looks like on your home. One touch deploys your awning. One touch retracts it. Built-in LED lights keep your patio alive after dark. Wind sensors protect it automatically when storms roll in. Call or text us right now at (479) 717-7750 for a free estimate.
7 Premium Features — Standard on Every SunPro Awning
Built-In Dimmable LED Lights
Every SunPro awning includes integrated LED lights built directly into the arms — not zip-tied on as an afterthought. Dim them up or down with your remote. Competitors charge $400–$500 extra for an inferior add-on version. Ours is standard.
EZ-Pitch Adjustment
Change the slope of your awning yourself with a simple crank — no Allen wrench, no ladder, no calling a technician. Adjust your pitch to block low afternoon sun or open it up for a better view. No other manufacturer makes this as simple.
Integrated Cassette Housing
When your awning retracts, the entire fabric disappears into a fully enclosed cassette housing — protecting it from UV fading, birds, insects, and weather. Competitors charge extra for hood housing that doesn't even fully protect the fabric.
Motorized with Wireless Remote
Every awning is motorized and remote-controlled as a standard feature. No cranks. No manual operation unless you want it — a manual override is included for those who prefer it.
Three Frame Colors — Including Black
Choose from white, golden, beige, or black powder-coated frames to complement your home's exterior. That's four times the color options most competitors offer.
Straight or Sea-Wave Valance
Choose the valance style that fits your home — classic straight or elegant sea-wave. Both are removable and reinstallable by the homeowner.
Multi-Use Front Bar
The front bar supports optional drop screen attachments, extending the functionality of your awning beyond shade into full insect and privacy screen coverage when you need it.
Custom Sizes from 10 to 40 Feet Wide
SunPro awnings are built to order for your exact space. Custom widths from 10 to 40 feet wide. Standard projections of 8, 10, and 12 feet. Whether you're covering a small bedroom window in Farmington or a full 35-foot entertainment deck in Bentonville, we can build it.
300+ Sunbrella Fabric Options — Skin Cancer Foundation Approved
Every SunPro awning we install uses Sunbrella fabric — the industry gold standard for outdoor textiles. Choose from over 300 colors and patterns including solid colors, stripes, two-tone, and multitone options. Sunbrella fabrics carry the Skin Cancer Foundation's endorsement as a reliable UV protection source and have earned GREENGUARD Gold certification for low chemical emissions. See the full collection on our Fabric Options page.
