Pets on the Southern Heights patio
The dog was part of the job. They wanted the patio usable without the pet getting into the yard every time the door opened, and without the neighbor's dog at the screen. The product name we use is remote-control porch screens. Searchers also type motorized retractable screens and retractable bug screens. Same housing, same motor, mesh picked for that opening. In the photo you can see a light gray screen closed above a covered patio on a brick house, with a grill and turf below.
The motor is in the housing. The remote lives in the kitchen. That is the whole trick of motorized retractable screens: the patio is open when they want the view, closed when they want bugs, sun, or the neighbor out of the picture.

The short version of how we work
Looking at screens for a Southern Heights patio, porch or garage opening? Start here. A motorized retractable screen fits an opening up to 360 inches wide and 216 inches tall. From a signed contract to install day is 3 to 4 weeks, and trucks deliver weekly. Most installers in this area mount under the header, which leaves the housing sitting in your view. We mount above it, on every job. We install our own work. No subcontractors get handed the job.
How long does the install take?
The install itself runs 2 to 4 hours, depending on the size of the opening. Contract to install day is 3 to 4 weeks.
Do you work on commercial patios?
Yes. Restaurants, offices and property managers use the same screens.
