Remote and motor in Brooklands at Mountain Ranch
One button drops it. The motor lives in the housing. A phone can do the same job if they want the smart hub. The product name we use is exterior sun screens. Searchers also type sunscreens and motorized retractable screens. Same housing, same motor, mesh picked for that opening. In the photo you can see two dark gray screens closed on the back of a white painted brick house, with a pool and turf in front.
The motor is in the housing. The remote lives in the kitchen. That is the whole trick of motorized retractable screens: the patio is open when they want the view, closed when they want bugs, sun, or the neighbor out of the picture.

The short version of how we work
Looking at screens for a Brooklands at Mountain Ranch patio, porch or garage opening? Start here. Homeowners, restaurants with patios, offices and property managers all call us for the same screens. A motorized retractable screen fits an opening up to 360 inches wide and 216 inches tall. Mounting to a beam behind siding is standard for us. Standoff brackets keep the load off the siding, and the fasteners land in solid structure. From a signed contract to install day is 3 to 4 weeks, and trucks deliver weekly.
