Grilling and guests in Palak
A housing that lands on the lid is a bad job, so we set the height around the cook, not around a catalog photo. The build is motorized retractable screens. The other names are electric patio screens and retractable bug screens. The photo shows two black screens closed across the back of a house with a gray roof, beside a pool.
Second half of that Palak visit was fabric, not a speech. Insect mesh and retractable bug screens if the night bugs are the complaint. Sunscreens and solar shade screens if the opening faces west. Privacy screens if the neighbor can see the table. Motorized porch screens and electric patio screens are the same motor in a powder-coated housing.

How we handle a screen job
A few plain facts for anyone in Palak, Fayetteville looking at motorized screens. We measure and quote in straight inches, the same way the shop builds. We install our own work. No subcontractors get handed the job. An install runs 2 to 4 hours, depending on the size of the opening. Homeowners, restaurants with patios, offices and property managers all call us for the same screens.
Where does the housing go?
Above the header, out of sight. The screen drops from above, so the housing is not sitting in your view.
How long does the install take?
The install itself runs 2 to 4 hours, depending on the size of the opening. Contract to install day is 3 to 4 weeks.
