The porch opening in Magnolia Park
Magnolia Park, Fayetteville, 5 jobs, 2023 to 2026. This one was a porch, already roofed, already used, already too buggy or too bright. We did not subcontract it. remote-control porch screens is the name on the invoice. motorized retractable screens and retractable bug screens are the names on the search. The photos show a dark screen mesh on a covered back porch with cream columns and a ceiling fan, on a brick house.
Header, tracks, motor, remote. Electric roll-down screens, motorized insect screens, and porch enclosure screens are the other ways that job gets described. We bring color chips to the house so the housing is picked on the brick.

How an install goes
People in Magnolia Park call about remote-control porch screens. This is how we handle it. An install runs 2 to 4 hours, depending on the size of the opening. Our screens held on a home in Little Flock, AR that took an EF2 tornado. The roof came off and the screens had no blowouts. Mounting to a beam behind siding is standard for us. Standoff brackets keep the load off the siding, and the fasteners land in solid structure. The housing mounts above the header, out of sight, and the screen drops from above.
Can I pick the color and fabric?
Yes. We bring samples to the house so you can see them in daylight.
Do you come out to Magnolia Park?
Yes. We serve Fayetteville and the rest of Northwest Arkansas. The site visit is about twenty minutes and there is no charge.
