Privacy from the next house in Indian Hills
Indian Hills, Rogers, 3 jobs, 2023 to 2025. Privacy was the ask. The next house looks into the patio, and they wanted the yard without the audience. We did not subcontract it. electric roll-down screens is the name on the invoice. motorized retractable screens and solar shade screens are the names on the search. In the photo you can see a dark screen closed beside a brick column on a house with a tan brick wall, looking out to a wet patio and a lawn.
Header, tracks, motor, remote. Electric roll-down screens, motorized insect screens, and porch enclosure screens are the other ways that job gets described. We bring color chips to the house so the housing is picked on the brick.

What to expect from us
People in Indian Hills call about electric roll-down screens. This is how we handle it. We install our own work. No subcontractors get handed the job. Most installers in this area mount under the header, which leaves the housing sitting in your view. We mount above it, on every job. Mounting to a beam behind siding is standard for us. Standoff brackets keep the load off the siding, and the fasteners land in solid structure. Our screens held on a home in Little Flock, AR that took an EF2 tornado. The roof came off and the screens had no blowouts.
Do you work on commercial patios?
Yes. Restaurants, offices and property managers use the same screens.
Can I pick the color and fabric?
Yes. We bring samples to the house so you can see them in daylight.
