The porch opening in Esculapia Estates
Esculapia Estates, Rogers, 1 job, 2020. This one was a porch, already roofed, already used, already too buggy or too bright. We did not subcontract it. privacy screens is the name on the invoice. motorized retractable screens and exterior sun screens are the names on the search. The photo shows a dark screen closed on a gray-green sided house with a brick base, next to a black iron fence and a lawn.
Header, tracks, motor, remote. Electric roll-down screens, motorized insect screens, and porch enclosure screens are the other ways that job gets described. We bring color chips to the house so the housing is picked on the brick.

What to expect from us
A few plain facts for anyone in Esculapia Estates, Rogers looking at motorized screens. Homeowners, restaurants with patios, offices and property managers all call us for the same screens. From a signed contract to install day is 3 to 4 weeks, and trucks deliver weekly. Our screens held on a home in Little Flock, AR that took an EF2 tornado. The roof came off and the screens had no blowouts. Mounting to a beam behind siding is standard for us. Standoff brackets keep the load off the siding, and the fasteners land in solid structure.
Where does the housing go?
Above the header, out of sight. The screen drops from above, so the housing is not sitting in your view.
Can I pick the color and fabric?
Yes. We bring samples to the house so you can see them in daylight.
