Pets on the Cross Timbers North patio
After the install in Cross Timbers North, the motorized porch screens drops when they want it and rolls away when they do not. Pet use changes the spec. The mesh has to take a nose and a paw. We say that out loud before we sell insect mesh as a fence. Call it retractable bug screens, electric patio screens, or motorized porch screens. The picture shows a dark screen closed across a gabled patio on a white painted brick house with a gray door and an outdoor kitchen.
Install day in Cross Timbers North is usually a morning. Housing on the header or on the beam, tracks down the sides, limits set, remote paired. Motorized porch screens, electric patio screens, retractable bug screens: three names, one finished opening. Call (479) 717-7750 if the next one is yours.

How an install goes
This is how we run a screen job in Cross Timbers North. The housing mounts above the header, out of sight, and the screen drops from above. From a signed contract to install day is 3 to 4 weeks, and trucks deliver weekly. We measure and quote in straight inches, the same way the shop builds. Mounting to a beam behind siding is standard for us. Standoff brackets keep the load off the siding, and the fasteners land in solid structure.
How big an opening can you cover?
Up to 360 inches wide and 216 inches tall.
Do you work on commercial patios?
