Header mounted housing in Heritage West
Ask for garage opening screens in Heritage West and you are asking for the header mount we already hung there, 2020. The mount was the design choice. Header mounted, housing out of the way, tracks on the sides, mesh gone when they want the open patio. It is also a motorized porch screens job and a retractable bug screens job, depending on who is searching. Motors and hardware are lifetime. Fabric is fifteen years. We service what we hung. The picture shows a cedar-post patio cover with a ceiling fan, behind a brick two-story house with an outdoor kitchen under it.
If you are comparing electric patio screens to a manual roll-down, the difference is the motor and the tracks, not a different mesh. We will say if insect mesh is the wrong call. Nano 95 for sun. Nano 99 for privacy. No-See-Um for gnats. The Heritage West job was specced on site, not from a dropdown.

What the work looks like
This is how we run a screen job in Heritage West. Homeowners, restaurants with patios, offices and property managers all call us for the same screens. An install runs 2 to 4 hours, depending on the size of the opening. We come out in person. Housing colors and fabrics have to be seen in daylight, and we check the mounting on site. The visit takes about twenty minutes and costs nothing. We install our own work. No subcontractors get handed the job.
Can I pick the color and fabric?
Yes. We bring samples to the house so you can see them in daylight.
Who does the install?
We do. No subcontractors.
