Pollen season in Cross Keys
Pollen was the reason they called. Spring in that neighborhood coats the porch furniture, and they wanted a way to drop a screen and keep the worst of it off the table. What left on the truck was motorized retractable screens, the same build people call electric patio screens and retractable bug screens. The picture shows a dark screen closed under a gabled patio on a white painted brick house, with a stamped concrete patio and trees.
Grilling, pets, pollen, and a west sun can all be true on one opening. We still pick one mesh. Retractable bug screens do not block heat the way sunscreens do. Privacy screens do not replace a fence. We say which problem the pollen screen is solving, then we hang that one.

How an install goes
A few plain facts for anyone in Cross Keys, Fayetteville looking at motorized screens. From a signed contract to install day is 3 to 4 weeks, and trucks deliver weekly. Mounting to a beam behind siding is standard for us. Standoff brackets keep the load off the siding, and the fasteners land in solid structure. Homeowners, restaurants with patios, offices and property managers all call us for the same screens. We measure and quote in straight inches, the same way the shop builds.
How long does the install take?
The install itself runs 2 to 4 hours, depending on the size of the opening. Contract to install day is 3 to 4 weeks.
Can I pick the color and fabric?
Yes. We bring samples to the house so you can see them in daylight.
