Privacy from the next house in Covington Park
A privacy screen on a patio is a daytime product. Nano 99 reads darker from the outside and still lets them see out. The product name we use is retractable sunscreens. Searchers also type solar shade screens and motorized porch screens. Same housing, same motor, mesh picked for that opening. In the photo you can see a cedar-post patio cover with a ceiling fan, behind a brick two-story house with an outdoor kitchen under it.
The motor is in the housing. The remote lives in the kitchen. That is the whole trick of motorized retractable screens: the patio is open when they want the view, closed when they want bugs, sun, or the neighbor out of the picture.

The short version of how we work
Looking at screens for a Covington Park patio, porch or garage opening? Start here. Homeowners, restaurants with patios, offices and property managers all call us for the same screens. Mounting to a beam behind siding is standard for us. Standoff brackets keep the load off the siding, and the fasteners land in solid structure. From a signed contract to install day is 3 to 4 weeks, and trucks deliver weekly. Our screens held on a home in Little Flock, AR that took an EF2 tornado. The roof came off and the screens had no blowouts.
Who does the install?
We do. No subcontractors.
Where does the housing go?
Above the header, out of sight. The screen drops from above, so the housing is not sitting in your view.
