Grilling and guests in Brookhaven Estates
In Brookhaven Estates, Fayetteville, the work on our books is a grilling and entertaining, logged 2021. They grill on that opening. The screen had to clear the grill lid and still drop when guests were at the table. We hung no-see-um screens. The photo shows two dark gray screens closed on the back of a white painted brick house, beside a pool.
Color is a site decision. Standard housing colors or a custom powder coat, picked in daylight in Brookhaven Estates. No-see-um screens when the gnats are the reason they called. Lanai screens and motorized patio enclosures are names we hear from people who lived somewhere else.

The short version of how we work
Brookhaven Estates gets the same service as the rest of Northwest Arkansas. The housing mounts above the header, out of sight, and the screen drops from above. Most installers in this area mount under the header, which leaves the housing sitting in your view. We mount above it, on every job. Mounting to a beam behind siding is standard for us. Standoff brackets keep the load off the siding, and the fasteners land in solid structure. We come out in person. Housing colors and fabrics have to be seen in daylight, and we check the mounting on site. The visit takes about twenty minutes and costs nothing.
How long does the install take?
The install itself runs 2 to 4 hours, depending on the size of the opening. Contract to install day is 3 to 4 weeks.
Where does the housing go?
Above the header, out of sight. The screen drops from above, so the housing is not sitting in your view.
