Header mounted housing in Pleasant View Estates
They did not want a box hanging in the view. Header mount puts the housing against the beam. Rolled up, you mostly see posts. If the HOA wants a spec sheet, we send housing color and a photo of the screen up. The screen is electric patio screens. If you searched motorized retractable screens or motorized porch screens, you are in the right place. In the photo you can see two dark gray screens closed on the back of a white painted brick house, with a pool and turf in front.
Wind rating on the hardware is 115 mph. That matters on an open Bentonville lot, and it is the same hardware on a tight cul-de-sac. Retractable bug screens keep the evening usable. Exterior sun screens cut the glare. Remote-control porch screens are just the motor with a button.

What to expect from us
People in Pleasant View Estates call about electric patio screens. This is how we handle it. An install runs 2 to 4 hours, depending on the size of the opening. Most installers in this area mount under the header, which leaves the housing sitting in your view. We mount above it, on every job. We install our own work. No subcontractors get handed the job. Mounting to a beam behind siding is standard for us. Standoff brackets keep the load off the siding, and the fasteners land in solid structure.
