Header mounted housing in Elington Village
Ask for electric roll-down screens in Elington Village and you are asking for the header mount we already hung there, 2021. The mount was the design choice. Header mounted, housing out of the way, tracks on the sides, mesh gone when they want the open patio. It is also a motorized retractable screens job and a solar shade screens job, depending on who is searching. Motors and hardware are lifetime. Fabric is fifteen years. We service what we hung. The photo shows a dark screen closed across a gabled patio on a white painted brick house, with an outdoor kitchen to the left.
If you are comparing electric patio screens to a manual roll-down, the difference is the motor and the tracks, not a different mesh. We will say if insect mesh is the wrong call. Nano 95 for sun. Nano 99 for privacy. No-See-Um for gnats. The Elington Village job was specced on site, not from a dropdown.

How an install goes
Elington Village gets the same service as the rest of Northwest Arkansas. We install our own work. No subcontractors get handed the job. Homeowners, restaurants with patios, offices and property managers all call us for the same screens. From a signed contract to install day is 3 to 4 weeks, and trucks deliver weekly. We measure and quote in straight inches, the same way the shop builds.
Who does the install?
We do. No subcontractors.
Can I pick the color and fabric?
Yes. We bring samples to the house so you can see them in daylight.
