Back patio screens in Lochmoor Club
The build is wind-rated retractable screens. The other names are motorized porch screens and electric patio screens. The photos show a darker shade fabric in three panels across a covered patio next to the pool, with brick and a stone-faced outdoor kitchen behind it.
Second half of that Lochmoor Club visit was fabric, not a speech. Insect mesh and retractable bug screens if the night bugs are the complaint. Sunscreens and solar shade screens if the opening faces west. Privacy screens if the neighbor can see the table. Motorized porch screens and electric patio screens are the same motor in a powder-coated housing.

What the work looks like
Lochmoor Club gets the same service as the rest of Northwest Arkansas. A motorized retractable screen fits an opening up to 360 inches wide and 216 inches tall. Our screens held on a home in Little Flock, AR that took an EF2 tornado. The roof came off and the screens had no blowouts. We measure and quote in straight inches, the same way the shop builds. We come out in person. Housing colors and fabrics have to be seen in daylight, and we check the mounting on site. The visit takes about twenty minutes and costs nothing.
Can I pick the color and fabric?
Yes. We bring samples to the house so you can see them in daylight.
Who does the install?
We do. No subcontractors.
