What moves the number
Extra-wide fabric, a 12-foot projection, Somfy versus Dooya motors, custom Sunbrella beyond the 30 in-stock choices, specialty mounting brackets, a wind sensor, or a drop screen on the front bar. Smart-home hubs are optional — the handheld remote runs everything out of the box.
What you are paying for
A factory-built SunPro, Sunbrella fabric, a tubular motor with manual override, and installation by the owners — not a subcontracted crew. Cassette models carry a 10-year non-prorated warranty on hardware, fabric, and motor; Open-Roll carries 5 years. We do not take a deposit off a photo. A firm number comes from a free measure on your wall.
