Fabric and color in Weatherton
In Weatherton, Lowell, the work on our books is a fabric and color, logged 2022 to 2023. The argument on site was the fabric, not the motor. They held the mesh up to the west light and picked it there. We hung motorized insect screens. The photo shows a gray mesh closed across a covered back patio with a pine ceiling and a ceiling fan, with a wood privacy fence behind.
Color is a site decision. Standard housing colors or a custom powder coat, picked in daylight in Weatherton. No-see-um screens when the gnats are the reason they called. Lanai screens and motorized patio enclosures are names we hear from people who lived somewhere else.

How an install goes
This is how we run a screen job in Weatherton. The housing mounts above the header, out of sight, and the screen drops from above. Homeowners, restaurants with patios, offices and property managers all call us for the same screens. Our screens held on a home in Little Flock, AR that took an EF2 tornado. The roof came off and the screens had no blowouts. Mounting to a beam behind siding is standard for us. Standoff brackets keep the load off the siding, and the fasteners land in solid structure.
How big an opening can you cover?
Up to 360 inches wide and 216 inches tall.
Where does the housing go?
Above the header, out of sight. The screen drops from above, so the housing is not sitting in your view.
