Sun and heat on a The Farms patio
Ask for motorized porch screens in The Farms and you are asking for the sun and heat we already hung there, 2023. Heat on the patio was the job, not insects. Solar shade mesh cuts the glare and leaves the view. It is also an retractable bug screens job and a electric patio screens job, depending on who is searching. Motors and hardware are lifetime. Fabric is fifteen years. We service what we hung. The photo shows a cream screen closed across a covered back patio opening on a brick and stone house.
If you are comparing electric patio screens to a manual roll-down, the difference is the motor and the tracks, not a different mesh. We will say if insect mesh is the wrong call. Nano 95 for sun. Nano 99 for privacy. No-See-Um for gnats. The The Farms job was specced on site, not from a dropdown.
Our install in The Farms
What to expect from us
The Farms gets the same service as the rest of Northwest Arkansas. Mounting to a beam behind siding is standard for us. Standoff brackets keep the load off the siding, and the fasteners land in solid structure. We measure and quote in straight inches, the same way the shop builds. Homeowners, restaurants with patios, offices and property managers all call us for the same screens. We install our own work. No subcontractors get handed the job.
Do you come out to The Farms?
Yes. We serve Little Flock and the rest of Northwest Arkansas. The site visit is about twenty minutes and there is no charge.
Who does the install?
