Back patio screens in Richards Glen
The build is electric roll-down screens. The other names are motorized retractable screens and solar shade screens. The picture shows two white screens closed over a garage-size opening, with a brick wall and a wood fence beside it.
Second half of that Richards Glen visit was fabric, not a speech. Insect mesh and retractable bug screens if the night bugs are the complaint. Sunscreens and solar shade screens if the opening faces west. Privacy screens if the neighbor can see the table. Motorized porch screens and electric patio screens are the same motor in a powder-coated housing.

The short version of how we work
A few plain facts for anyone in Richards Glen, Little Flock looking at motorized screens. Mounting to a beam behind siding is standard for us. Standoff brackets keep the load off the siding, and the fasteners land in solid structure. We measure and quote in straight inches, the same way the shop builds. The housing mounts above the header, out of sight, and the screen drops from above. From a signed contract to install day is 3 to 4 weeks, and trucks deliver weekly.
Where does the housing go?
Above the header, out of sight. The screen drops from above, so the housing is not sitting in your view.
Who does the install?
We do. No subcontractors.
