Garage opening screen in Evening Star
Ask for porch enclosure screens in Evening Star and you are asking for the garage opening we already hung there, 2025 to 2026. They wanted the garage bay open to the driveway without the mosquitoes. The overhead door stays. The screen drops in front of the bay. It is also an electric patio screens job and a motorized insect screens job, depending on who is searching. Motors and hardware are lifetime. Fabric is fifteen years. We service what we hung. The photos show dark housing and screens tucked up under the ceiling of a covered back patio, on a brick house with a ceiling fan overhead and a fenced yard.
If you are comparing electric patio screens to a manual roll-down, the difference is the motor and the tracks, not a different mesh. We will say if insect mesh is the wrong call. Nano 95 for sun. Nano 99 for privacy. No-See-Um for gnats. The Evening Star job was specced on site, not from a dropdown.
Our install in Evening Star
The short version of how we work
If you live in Evening Star, here is what a motorized retractable screen job looks like with us. We install our own work. No subcontractors get handed the job. From a signed contract to install day is 3 to 4 weeks, and trucks deliver weekly. We come out in person. Housing colors and fabrics have to be seen in daylight, and we check the mounting on site. The visit takes about twenty minutes and costs nothing. Most installers in this area mount under the header, which leaves the housing sitting in your view. We mount above it, on every job.
Who does the install?
We do. No subcontractors.
Do you work on commercial patios?
Yes. Restaurants, offices and property managers use the same screens.
