The porch opening in Averie Estates
Porch work is the bread and butter. The roof is there. We are only closing the open side. The product name we use is motorized porch screens. Searchers also type retractable bug screens and electric patio screens. Same housing, same motor, mesh picked for that opening. The photos show a charcoal screen above a covered patio with white columns, on a red and white painted brick house with a pool behind.
The motor is in the housing. The remote lives in the kitchen. That is the whole trick of motorized retractable screens: the patio is open when they want the view, closed when they want bugs, sun, or the neighbor out of the picture.
Our install in Averie Estates
What to expect from us
Averie Estates gets the same service as the rest of Northwest Arkansas. Homeowners, restaurants with patios, offices and property managers all call us for the same screens. From a signed contract to install day is 3 to 4 weeks, and trucks deliver weekly. Our screens held on a home in Little Flock, AR that took an EF2 tornado. The roof came off and the screens had no blowouts. We measure and quote in straight inches, the same way the shop builds.
Can I pick the color and fabric?
Yes. We bring samples to the house so you can see them in daylight.
Who does the install?
We do. No subcontractors.
