Data Deletion Instructions

You can have your NWA Security Shutters data deleted at any time — this covers your Screen Viewer account (including accounts created with Facebook or Google login), uploaded photos, saved designs, and any quote or lead details you’ve sent us.

How to request deletion

• Text or call: (479) 313-5177 — say “delete my data” and include the email you signed in with.
• Email: crossland@nwasecurityshutters.com with the subject “Delete my data,” sent from (or naming) the email on your account.

What happens next

• We verify the request belongs to the account holder.
• Within 30 days we delete your account, uploaded photos, saved designs, usage records, and stored contact details from our systems.
• We confirm back to you when it’s done.

Facebook Login users

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove the connection on Facebook’s side: Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → NWA Security Shutters → Remove. Removing the app on Facebook stops future access; to erase the data already on our side, send us a request using either method above.
