Garage opening screen in The Enclave
A garage opening screen is not a patio screen with the name changed. The bay is wider, the header is steel or wood, and the side tracks have to clear the door. If the HOA wants a spec sheet, we send housing color and a photo of the screen up. The screen is retractable sunscreens. If you searched solar shade screens or motorized porch screens, you are in the right place. The photo shows a dark screen partly lowered over a covered patio on a gray-green sided house, with a black iron fence beyond.
Wind rating on the hardware is 115 mph. That matters on an open Springdale lot, and it is the same hardware on a tight cul-de-sac. Retractable bug screens keep the evening usable. Exterior sun screens cut the glare. Remote-control porch screens are just the motor with a button.

How an install goes
People in The Enclave call about retractable sunscreens. This is how we handle it. Our screens held on a home in Little Flock, AR that took an EF2 tornado. The roof came off and the screens had no blowouts. We measure and quote in straight inches, the same way the shop builds. We come out in person. Housing colors and fabrics have to be seen in daylight, and we check the mounting on site. The visit takes about twenty minutes and costs nothing. Mounting to a beam behind siding is standard for us. Standoff brackets keep the load off the siding, and the fasteners land in solid structure.
Can I pick the color and fabric?
Yes. We bring samples to the house so you can see them in daylight.
How long does the install take?
The install itself runs 2 to 4 hours, depending on the size of the opening. Contract to install day is 3 to 4 weeks.
