Garage opening screen in Maner Acres
A garage opening screen is not a patio screen with the name changed. The bay is wider, the header is steel or wood, and the side tracks have to clear the door. If the HOA wants a spec sheet, we send housing color and a photo of the screen up. The screen is lanai screens. If you searched electric patio screens or motorized porch screens, you are in the right place. The picture shows a dark screen closed under a gabled patio on a white painted brick house, with a stamped concrete patio and trees.
Wind rating on the hardware is 115 mph. That matters on an open Greenwood lot, and it is the same hardware on a tight cul-de-sac. Retractable bug screens keep the evening usable. Exterior sun screens cut the glare. Remote-control porch screens are just the motor with a button.

What to expect from us
Looking at screens for a Maner Acres patio, porch or garage opening? Start here. A motorized retractable screen fits an opening up to 360 inches wide and 216 inches tall. Homeowners, restaurants with patios, offices and property managers all call us for the same screens. We come out in person. Housing colors and fabrics have to be seen in daylight, and we check the mounting on site. The visit takes about twenty minutes and costs nothing.
