Fabric and color in Lewis Ranch
Mesh type first, housing color second, picked against the brick on site. What left on the truck was exterior sun screens, the same build people call sunscreens and motorized retractable screens. The photo shows a dark screen closed beside a window on a gray-green sided house with a brick base, with a black iron fence and lawn.
Grilling, pets, pollen, and a west sun can all be true on one opening. We still pick one mesh. Retractable bug screens do not block heat the way sunscreens do. Privacy screens do not replace a fence. We say which problem the fabric and color screen is solving, then we hang that one.

The short version of how we work
This is how we run a screen job in Lewis Ranch. The housing mounts above the header, out of sight, and the screen drops from above. We come out in person. Housing colors and fabrics have to be seen in daylight, and we check the mounting on site. The visit takes about twenty minutes and costs nothing. A motorized retractable screen fits an opening up to 360 inches wide and 216 inches tall. An install runs 2 to 4 hours, depending on the size of the opening.
How long does the install take?
The install itself runs 2 to 4 hours, depending on the size of the opening. Contract to install day is 3 to 4 weeks.
