Privacy from the next house in Glen Cove
Glen Cove, Lakeview, 2 jobs, 2020. Privacy was the ask. The next house looks into the patio, and they wanted the yard without the audience. We did not subcontract it. wind-rated retractable screens is the name on the invoice. motorized porch screens and electric patio screens are the names on the search. The picture shows a light cream screen closed beside an upper deck with a white railing on a brown sided house with a stone base.
Header, tracks, motor, remote. Electric roll-down screens, motorized insect screens, and porch enclosure screens are the other ways that job gets described. We bring color chips to the house so the housing is picked on the brick.

How an install goes
This is how we run a screen job in Glen Cove. Our screens held on a home in Little Flock, AR that took an EF2 tornado. The roof came off and the screens had no blowouts. Mounting to a beam behind siding is standard for us. Standoff brackets keep the load off the siding, and the fasteners land in solid structure. We come out in person. Housing colors and fabrics have to be seen in daylight, and we check the mounting on site. The visit takes about twenty minutes and costs nothing. Homeowners, restaurants with patios, offices and property managers all call us for the same screens.
How big an opening can you cover?
Up to 360 inches wide and 216 inches tall.
Do you work on commercial patios?
Yes. Restaurants, offices and property managers use the same screens.
